SOCIAL IMPACT
Social enterprises may demonstrate their social impact during their years of operation.
VIABILITY
The viable enterprise would be one that has demonstrated its viability in the following areas:

Financial viability: by having a positive cash flow and bottom-line or the ability to deliver one in the near future.

Regulatory viability: being able to operate within the law of the land and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Environmental viability: being able to operate without damage to the environment in any way

Social viability: being able to operate without exploitation of any stakeholder.
SCALABILITY
We work with enterprises that have fundamentally scalable business models.
ACCELERATOR PROGRAM PROCESS
Read the process carefully and apply.
Social enterprises that apply to the accelerator will go through the following stages. The duration of the program and its individual stages will vary for every enterprise depending on the complexity of each case.
Application Process
Social enterprises that are viable and have a vision for growth are encouraged to apply for the program. The application form will require the enterprise to provide the basic details of enterprise & founders. We also expect the enterprise to share the details of business plan, projected profit & loss statements & impact analysis (formats of these are available for download).
Evaluation & Selection
Applicants will be evaluated primarily on viability, impact & scalability. A panel of industry experts will assess the enterprises to determine if they are the right fit for the program. Applicants will be intimated about the results of the selection process and advised for further action.
Enrollment
Selected applicants will proceed to this stage to complete the due diligence. The applicants will be appraised of the terms of the program. Please note that the accelerator does not charge any fees or take equity from the enterprise.
Induction
The enrolled enterprise CEO (the champion) will be allocated a designated enterprise coach who will be associated with the enterprise throughout the accelerator program.
Gap Analysis
The coach and champion will identify gaps in the enterprise capacity and resources that hinder it in achieving its vision for growth and sustainability.
Action Plan
Based on the gap analysis, an action plan will be drawn up by the coach with the assistance of experts to address each gap of the enterprise. This will be discussed with the champion for input or and refinement.
Resource Allocation
The champion will be connected with the relevant mentors, advisors, consultants and investors subject to the need of the enterprise as defined in the gap analysis. The coach will work closely with the champion to internalize the inputs of these resources.
Peer Connects
The accelerator will facilitate various meetings with peers to share and celebrate progress and thereby interact with the community of motivated individuals on the journey to significant scale.
Progressive Reviews
The progress and efficacy of the inputs received by the enterprise along with the progress of the enterprise itself will be reviewed periodically and necessary measures will be taken to move the enterprise forward.
Decoupling
Decoupling with the accelerator program when there is a consensus that the enterprise has achieved significant progress towards scale or when the consensus shows that the enterprise does not benefit from the input from the accelerator in its journey to sustainability.
Pay It Forward
Enterprises that are well on the way to significant scale and sustainability would now be encouraged to offer their resources such as expertise, manpower, infrastructure and financial contribution to support the program and other fledgeling enterprises
